Yes! We have a C7 License (#1030712) through the CSLB.

We also carry $1M general liability insurance and a $15,000 contractor bond.

All jobs over $500 require a contract and a licensed contractor to complete the work per Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). We are a licensed contractor and require a contract for all jobs no matter the price point.

It depends on the scope of work. The maximum deposit we take is 10% or $1000, whichever is less. 

We accept cash, check, Venmo, ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

All products supplied by Connected Integration are covered under the manufactures warranty. Typically 1-year, sometimes longer.

For any TV mount, we offer a Lifetime No Fall Guarantee.

If you have an issue with anything we’ve installed in the first 90-days, we will return at no cost to you unless the issue was customer caused. After 90-days, our basic Service Call Fee will be charged.

Keeping ahead of COVID-19

This rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. While the team here still aims to maintain a “business as usual” approach, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal. We will be disinfecting our tools, van and anything brought into our customers homes to insure the safety of both our customers and installers. If requested by the customer, we would be more then willing to wear booties, gloves and/or masks. We appreciate your continued support through these trying times.
